(Juhi Aishwary, Journalist): A petition was filed in the Supreme Court on Wednesday seeking a moratorium between the Adani Group of Maharashtra and the Chinese company to cancel the MoU. It calls for the disclosure of information about trade policies between China and India.
Supriya Pandit, a woman advocate of Jammu and Kashmir, has filed this petition in Kot in which the Adani Group, Central Government, Gujarat Government, and Maharashtra Government have been made defendants.
